Drawing on your Coping Skills
Everyone knows that labour and birth are unpredictable events, and that while there are many things that we can do to encourage the outcome we desire, there are no guarantees that things will go as planned.

Join Aimée in an afternoon exploration of your own innate ability to cope with the unexpected. We'll be using simple visualisation and artistic expression to play with these themes. No artistic ability is required, nor will you be asked to show your work to others. The important thing is where the artistic process leads you.
