Birthing From Within is a new and unique approach to childbirth preparation. Join Birthing From Within educator, Aimée Sturley for FREE, bi-monthly information nights held in central Vancouver.

Parents, practitioners and caregivers are invited to discuss the philosophy of Birthing From Within, what to expect in classes, what makes Birthing From Within unique and how it may serve you and your growing family or prenatal clients.

Our eight-week workshops will give parents an opportunity to understand the basic principles of introducing baby sign to their child and will provide them with some simple signs and games to start using at home. Whether you have a toddler or are still expecting, come out and enjoy an afternoon of fun and laughter as we explore this exciting theme.

All materials are provided, including your full color photo manual with all of the signs and songs taught ($25 value).
